For young carers it can feel even bigger when you’re also trying to look after someone. \nWe’re hosting school transition workshop for young carers to learn about moving into their next school and answer any questions they have. \n  \nKey Information\nDate and Time: Tuesday 11th August 2026\, 10am – 2pm \nWho is this for? Young carers transitioning from year 6 to year 7 this summer. \nWhat do I need to bring with me?
