DESCRIPTION:If you care for a child aged 0 to 25 with a disability or long-term illness\, we think you’d love our Parent Carer Connections group! \n  \nWe’re running fortnightly sessions across Gateshead’s family hubs sharing advice and information sessions for parent carers. \nEvery other Thursday we will be meeting to talk about our experiences as parent carers and find out about what services are available.
