DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxing walk through Saltwell Park. This free event is designed especially for caregivers to step back\, breathe and connect with the beautiful\, natural surroundings of the park. We’ll be joined by some friends from The Little Company of Calm who will share some fantastic mindfulness techniques for you to try including\, mindful movement\, cloud gazing\, focusing on your senses and reflecting. \n  \nDate: Thursday 16th July \nTime: 11am – 12pm \nLocation: Saltwell Park\, meeting at the Gate opposite Little Theatre. Get directions. \n  \nGive yourself a short break from caring and join our caring community – be sure to wear comfortable shoes\, bring sunscreen and wear a waterproof jacket depending on the weather. \n  \nIf you’d like to join us\, please let us know by click the “going” option below – this gives us an idea on how many people want to attend. Once you have let us know\, there’s nothing else needed except to turn up on the day!
