South Shields Beach Trip (8-13 year olds)

We’re going to the beach! Join us for a fun day at South Shields beach as we enjoy some sun, sand and sea. As part of the day, we’ll be running sandcastle building competitions and visiting the fun fair too.

Date and Time: Wednesday 5th August 2026, 10am – 4pm

Who is this activity for? Young carers aged 8-13 years old.

What do I need to bring with me? Please bring a packed lunch and a drink.

Meeting Arrangements: We will be providing transport to and from the venue. We will first meet at an arrange meeting point in central Gateshead before heading over – more details of this will be shared with young carers who sign up.
