Mindfulness Walk at Saltwell Park – Carers Week 2026

Join us for a relaxing walk through Saltwell Park to celebrate Carers Week 2026. This free event is designed especially for caregivers to step back, breathe and connect with the beautiful, natural surroundings of the park. We will also be joined by some friends from The Little Company of Calm who will share some fantastic mindfulness techniques for you to try including, mindful movement, cloud gazing, focusing on your senses and reflecting.

Date: Monday 8th June

Time: 1pm – 3pm

Location: Saltwell Park, meeting at the Gate opposite Little Theatre. Get directions.

Give yourself a short break from caring and join our caring community – be sure to wear comfortable shoes, bring sunscreen and wear a waterproof jacket depending on the weather.
