Sailing Taster Day (14+ year olds)
Join us for an exciting day out on the water for young carers. We’re partnering with Blue Spirit to give you the unique opportunity to try sailing a boat.
Young Carers who take part in this taster day will then be eligible to joni Blue Spirit on their longer sailing journeys for young people.
Date and Time: Saturday 17th October 2026, 9am – 5pm (full day activity, timing may vary slightly).
Who is this activity for? Young carers aged 14 years and older.
Meeting Arrangements: We will be meeting at a point in central Gateshead before travelling to the venue. All ticket costings are covered by us.
What to bring? Packed lunch and appropriate clothing.
