We have composed a letter for caregivers to send to their GP surgery in order to request being registered as a caregiver on their systems. If you are a caregiver and are not registered as such with your GP, we encourage you to print this letter of support, write in your details and send it to your GP Surgery.
It is your legal right as a caregiver to register as such with your GP.
